Greetings,
Great job to everyone who participated in this year’s walking and activity challenge! The
Wellness Team hopes you were engaged throughout the challenge and that you were
satisfied with the options available for you to participate this year. Butte County
employees were definitely on the move! Over 400 people participated as part of 63 teams
this year. Of those, 344 people survived the App challenge (we have finishing pins for you)
and over 89 million “steps” were taken. That is the equivalent of over 44 thousand miles
or going across the entire United States over 15 times! IMPRESSIVE!
You now have an opportunity to provide feedback by responding to this SURVEY; please
complete regardless of whether or not you participated in the challenge. Survey
respondents will be placed in a drawing for a Stanley tumbler. (We will be giving away 5
tumblers--SWEET!) Please use the survey to let us know if you didn’t receive your wellness
lanyard, and to communicate whether or not you have earned the finishing pin!

Prize Winner Announcement! More than 75 employees are being awarded for
participation in this challenge! Each person listed below is entitled to a prize from the
WELLNESS PRIZE CATALOG and has through August 20th to submit their choice through
this PRIZE SURVEY.
