Attached is my letter of recommendation for Mishawn as she runs for the Paradise Parks &
Recreation District Board. She’s an excellent candidate who will make a real impact on youth
sports and community activities.

Dear Members of the Selection Committee,
I am writing to offer my highest recommendation for Mishawn Lui-Delgado, who is seeking a seat on the Paradise Parks and Recreation
District Board of Directors. I have had the pleasure of knowing Mishawn since grade school, and I can confidently say that s he has always
demonstrated the qualities necessary to be an effective and passionate advocate for her community.
Our children participate in school and sports together, and through this shared experience, I have come to trust Mishawn whol eheartedly.
She is a reliable, intelligent, and highly engaged individual who has consistently shown dedication to her community and the families within
it.
Mishawn’s involvement in various local organizations is impressive. As the board secretary of Paradise Playdium, a board member of the
Paradise Piranhas (where she leads marketing and merchandise efforts), a member of the Parade of Flags Committee, and the president of
the Paradise Ridge Youth Soccer Club, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment. Additionally, she serves on the
board of District 6-Cal North Soccer and is actively involved with Achieve Charter School.
Her passion for youth sports and activities is evident in everything she does. I have no doubt that Mishawn will bring the same enthusiasm,
strategic thinking, and commitment to the Paradise Parks and Recreation District Board. Her deep understanding of the needs of local
families and her unwavering dedication to youth-focused programs make her the ideal candidate for this role.
Mishawn’s reliability, dedication, and vision make her an exceptional choice for the Board. I wholeheartedly support her cand idacy and
know she will make a positive and lasting impact on the community.
