This was true when you first promoted into a supervisory position and it’s still true today - although there are a few key differences. In your first role you were responsible for a smaller function and team. Today, you’re more experienced, and lead larger teams with bigger budgets and more complex challenges. The risks are higher and so is the pressure. What you bring to the equation influences culture, engagement, retention, and your ability to accomplish your team’s mission. Through this class you’ll evaluate how your values, strengths, and mindsets influence how you show up as a leader – and the results you get. You’ll define what success looks like for you as a leader and develop an action plan to help maximize your effectiveness as an executive leader. Instructor: Jamie Crews Ed.D. is a certified Senior HR professional with nearly two decades of public sector HR experience.
