Re: 2021 Radial Bypass Gate Hoist Evaluation Report
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated April 12, 2024 from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a request for an extension to replace the existing hoist components for the
radial gate for the Poe Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 2107. We have reviewed your
proposed extension of time and grant your request to replace the existing hoist
components by December 15, 2025.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
