Comments on the Poe Hiking Trail 60% Design Drawing Extension of Time
Request
Dear Acting Secretary Reese:
This letter fulfills the commitment to file stakeholder comments regarding the Poe Hiking
Trail 60% Design Drawing extension of time (EOT) request for Pacific Gas and Electric
Company’s (PG&E) Poe Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
(FERC) No. 2107. On August 29, 2024, PG&E respectfully requested an EOT from FERC
to present the 60% Design Drawing to stakeholders by August 31, 2025 . PG&E notified
stakeholders through email about the EOT request on August 28, 2024, and asked for
comments to be provided by September 30, 2024. PG&E committed to filing any
stakeholder comments with FERC by September 30, 2024, and no comments regarding
the EOT request have been received at this time.
