Re: Grizzly Forebay Recreation Improvements
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated June 26, 2024 from Mr. Kyle Ingvoldsen that
submitted a construction design package for Grizzly Forebay Recreation Improvements,
which is part of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619. We have
reviewed the submittal, and we have no comments. You are authorized to proceed with
the improvements upon receipt of this letter. Within 90 days of completion of the
improvements or no later than February 28, 2025, submit a brief report documenting the
improvements.
You are responsible for ensuring completion of any necessary environmental
coordination with resource agencies as well as the procurement of any federal, state, or
local permits required for the work.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
