This is my story. My criminal complaint. As told to Betrayal Project. Here's the link to the

Here's the social media post from Betrayal Project. It's now my pinned post on X. The
picture they used is me handing out TRUE INFORMED CONSENT TO PARENTS at one of
the Butte County Public Health Clinics at Chico Library. Shameful. Luckily we helped
turn many away. NO ONE WAS TELLING THEM THE SHOT COULD GIVE THEIR CHILD
CANCER. Or worse. Prevent them from having children one day. Painful periods like my
daughter suffered. You are horrible people disguised as Public "Health" officials.

Julie Threet did what millions of Americans did. She rolled up her sleeve.
She believed the messaging. She trusted the system. She assumed informed consent
meant full disclosure. She assumed that if something went wrong, someone would help.
Instead, she became one of the injured.
At 56 years old, after receiving the Moderna shot, Julie’s health changed. She found
herself navigating symptoms and uncertainty that she never expected. She reported her
injury to VAERS. But like so many others, she discovered that acknowledgment does not
equal accountability.
Julie was hospitalized in August 2025 at Enloe Health in Butte County, California. She
survived. But survival is not the same as restoration.
The deeper injury wasn’t just physical. It was moral.
Julie began to realize that what happened to her — and what happened to her mother
Jane — was not random. It was systemic. The same government agencies that declared
the shots safe also granted sweeping immunity to manufacturers and administrators.
The same institutions that claimed transparency suppressed debate and silenced
physicians who questioned safety data.
So Julie did something powerful. She refused to be silent.
Today, Julie travels across the state of California speaking at city council meetings,
urging officials to pull the COVID shots from the market. She stands at podiums where
many are afraid to stand. She testifies publicly. She confronts elected officials with
uncomfortable truths. She represents not just herself, but thousands of people who are
too sick, too afraid, or too censored to speak.
Her activism is fueled by loss. Her mother’s death. Her own injury.
Julie’s story is one of awakening. She went from trusting the system to recognizing the
depth of institutional betrayal. She saw how informed consent became a slogan instead
of practice. How risk was minimized. How injury was dismissed. How dissent was
labeled dangerous.
And she decided enough was enough.
These harms are not unfortunate side effects of good intentions. They are the
foreseeable consequences of a system that prioritized speed, profit, and compliance
over transparency and patient safety. They are egregious crimes against humanity that
demand investigation and reform.
