Blackett: This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) request for an extension of time to submit the combined dam safety surveillance and monitoring plans and reports (DSSMP/Rs) for the 2025 record year for the following Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) projects: • Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619 • Haas-Kings River Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 1988 • McCloud-Pit Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 2106 • Mokelumne River Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 137 • Pit 3, 4, 5 Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 233 • Upper North Fork Feather River Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 2105 PG&E typically submits annual DSSMP/Rs by March 31 of the year following the record year for which the report is prepared (i.e., by March 31, 2026, for the 2025 record year). However, PG&E has experienced various challenges that have compromised the timeliness of these filings, including resource availability conflicts due to spring schedules, and additional time necessary to incorporate review comments during development of these reports. Therefore, PG&E requests an extension of time to submit the se DSSMP/Rs by April 30, 2026. Should you have questions concerning this matter, please contact me at (530) 339-0028. Sincerely, Andrew Fisher, P.E.
