Re:Repair of Upstream Joints and Dam Face Project
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated December 31, 2025,from Mr. Robert Ellis that
requested an extension of time to address our comment regarding upstream joint and dam
face repair project which was initiated to address the 2015 Dam Safety Inspection follow-
up item M.6,at Grizzly Forebay Dam, which is part of the Bucks Creek Project, FERC
No. 619. We have reviewed your proposed extension of time and grant your request to
complete the repairs by November 30, 2033, that you have justified based upon the
results from the recent Comprehensive Review.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
