Re:Revised Quality Control Inspection Plan (QCIP) for Woodleaf Powerhouse
Rockfall Protection
Dear Mr. Moseley:
This is in response to a letter dated January 29, 2026 from Kristen McKillop that
submitted the revised QCIP for the rockfall protection project by Woodleaf Powerhouse,
which is part of the South Feather Power Project, FERC No. 2088. We have reviewed
the submittal, and have no comments.The work associated with this QCIP was
previously authorized in our letter dated January 16,2026.
Based on the schedule contained in the revised QCIP, the final construction report
should be submitted by June 30, 2026. File your submittal using our eFiling system at
https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety;
San Francisco Regional Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must
indicate that the material was eFiled. For assistance with eFiling, contact FERC Online
