Re:Recommendation 1 of 2015 Part 12D Safety Inspection Report
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated December 31, 2025,from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a response to our comment to address Recommendation 1 (R-1) from the 2015
10th Part 12D safety inspection report, Your response indicated that you had also
submitted a plan and schedule to address a similar Recommendation, R-4,from the 2025
12th Part 12D report. These recommendations are for the Grizzly Forebay Dam, which is
part of the Bucks Creek Project, FERC No. 619. We have reviewed your submittal,and
we have the following comment.
Since R-1 from 2015 and R-4 from 2025 cover the same seepage area, we will
provide a single response to both of these letters upon the completion of our
review of your plan and schedule to address the 2025 recommendations. In the
meantime, continue with the same surveillance and monitoring as is currently
in place.
