Re:2025 Dam Safety Inspection Follow-up Action Item 1
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated February 23, 2026 from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a plan and schedule to address our 2025 Dam Safety Inspection follow-up
item 1 at Bucks Lake Dam,which is part of the Bucks Creek Project,FERC No. 619. We
have reviewed the submittal, and the plan and schedule to update the dam safety
surveillance and monitoring plan to address our comment by May 31, 2026 is acceptable.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
