Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) response to address the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) comment 1 (C-1) on Action Item 3 (I-3)
from the 2025 annual Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) dam safety inspection
for Philbrook Dam, which is part of PG&E’s DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, FERC
No. 803. PG&E received FERC’s comments in a letter dated March 4, 2026.
PG&E's response to C-1 is enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1).
