Re:Multiple Part12D Safety Inspection Recommendations
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated March 26, 2026 from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a request for an extension of time to address Recommendations 3 and 6 from
the 2020 Part 12D Safety Inspection for Lower Bucks Dam, which is part of the Bucks
Creek Project, FERC No. 619. We have reviewed your proposed extension of time and
grant your request to submit assessments of the kinematic analyses for Recommendation
6b by April 30, 2027,and to update the Supporting Technical Information Document
(STID) for Recommendation 3b and Recommendation 6c by December 31, 2027.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-

Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
