Subject: Sustainable Groundwater Management Implementation Newsletter (Corning Subbasin &
Tehama County Subbasins)
A series of newsletters provides updates on progress made by the Groundwater Sustainability
Agencies and the consulting team headed by Luhdorff & Scalmanini Consulting Engineers (LSCE) to
complete grant-funded work through March 2026. This includes work in the Corning Subbasin
(Glenn County & Tehama County) and three additional subbasins in Tehama County.
The Fall 2024 newsletter is attached.
As a quick reminder, a Corning Subbasin Open House will be held November 20. More information
can be found in the newsletter on page 1. The flyer is also attached.
