Re: Quality Control Inspection Program for Bucks Creek 1103 Circuit Fire Rebuild
Project
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated June 18, 2024 from Mr. Chadwick McCready
that submitted a revised Quality Control Inspection Program (QCIP) for the Bucks Creek
1103 Circuit Fire Rebuild Project, which is part of Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project,
FERC No. 619, Rock Creek-Cresta Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 1962, Upper North
Fork Feather River Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 2105-CA. We have reviewed the
submittal, and we have the following comments:
1. Your letter stated that the revised QCIP is for the Bucks Creek 1103 Circuit
Fire Rebuild Project at the Bucks Creek, Rock Creek Cresta, and Upper North
Fork River Projects, FERC. Nos 619, 1962, and 2105, respectively. To date,
we have not received construction documents related to Bucks Creek 1103
Circuit Fire Rebuild for Projects Nos. 619 and 2105. Clarify whether the
revised QCIP is for all the referenced project numbers.
2. The resumes in Appendix C were not included. Provide resumes for those who
have stop work authority in Appendix C.
