Re: Pedestrian Bridge and Survey Platform
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated August 2, 2024 from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a request for an extension of time to submit the final construction report for a
new pedestrian bridge and survey platform for Poe Hydroelectric Project, FERC No.
2107. We have reviewed your proposed extension of time and grant your request to
submit the final construction report for the pedestrian bridge and survey platform project
by April 30, 2025.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
