Re: Milk Ranch Conduit Management Project
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated July 18, 2024 from Mr. Matthew Joseph and a
letter dated August 7, 2024 from Mr. Kyle Ingvoldsen that submitted an updated schedule
and Quality Control Inspection Plan for the Milk Ranch Conduit Diversion Management
Project, which is part of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619. We
have reviewed the submittals and have no comments.
Within 90 days of completion or by January 2, 2025, submit a brief report
documenting the modifications. File your submittal using our eFiling system at
https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety;
San Francisco Regional Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must
indicate that the material was eFiled. For assistance with eFiling, contact FERC Online
