Melissa, Please add this to public record. The editor-in-chief of the Chico Enterprise-Record refuses to read the evidence and is thus complicit in the continued harm to Butte County residents. Mr Wolcott, You can bury your head in the sand, but she coordinated vaccinations inside Sierra Nevada Brewery on 6/21/22 which they did on mahogany tables and a young man died. Is that enough reason to go back and read my entire email? You also ignored all Jeff Sloan's evidence that Kelly Staley hid knowledge of toxins in dilapidated classrooms in Chico Unified and evidence that Earl Keene tampered with public Chico PD records. Helping hide records at Chico State and creating "black holes" for emails from certain individuals to fall into never reaching said elected official. This will be in a book one day. Julie Threet 510-358-7520 JULIE THREET BACKSTORY FOR PR/INTERVIEWS I am a vaccine-injured victim of the COVID-19 Moderna shot. I was a volunteer Patient Ambassador working for Enloe Medical Center in Chico, CA when COVID hit. During my shift I spent time with patients on the neuro-trauma floor helping them with anything non-medical. I supported loved ones who were suffering in the waiting room while loved ones were in the ICU after a tragic accident. I helped children stay positive while a parent recovered from surgery. I was also on their Volunteer Services Board of Directors serving as Chair, Special Events, and worked as a Gift Shop Associate helping raise money for the Enloe Foundation. I loved my new career at the hospital. I had moved to Chico in 2014 after losing my husband unexpectedly in 2011. I was a 50 year old widow alone with two dogs and suffering a mid-life crisis. Before my new journey to Chico, I was a Human Resources Executive. 25 years in Silicon Valley working for many high-tech firms in the specialty function of HR Operations. I led large international teams developing health benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, life/disability), brokering retirement plans (401k/pension), designing compensation incentive programs (base pay, bonus, sales and stock) and implementing HR systems. I traveled the world for work and was directly involved at the C-Suite level managing mergers and acquisitions for start-up companies like Octel Communications and International Network Services to large multi-national firms like NetApp and Lucent Technologies. I loved my career but after my husband died I hit a wall. Once both kids graduated high school, I sold everything and moved north to Chico. And started a brand new career – in healthcare. In addition to joining the Enloe Volunteer Services team, I took medical classes at Butte Community College. Medical Terminology, Medical Coding, Medical Administration. Truth be told I had always wanted to be a nurse but opted for a BS in Business Management from the University of Wyoming instead. I have also been a lifelong volunteer who has a natural desire to help people. I had a pet therapy dog I took the Palo Alto VA. I am a Daughter of the American Revolution. I led a project with the American Red Cross in high school. And I bleed red, white and blue. A lover of the United States of America. A believer in our Constitution and democratic principles. In January, 2021, after the insanity of the 2020 COVID lockdown, I was assigned to work for the Butte County Public Health Department as a non-medical “nurse helper” at their COVID Vaccination Clinics. My roles included helping nurses in the draw room filling syringes, working the floor with nurses putting together “syringe kits”, helping vaccinate patients, and working administration on special projects (e.g. preparing vaccination cards). We thought we were “Rosie the Riveter” helping a war effort. I helped administer 200+ shots per hour at Meriam Park and the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds. Yes, I have PTSD after knowing what I now know. Shortly after taking the two Moderna shots in January and February, 2021 as required for this new job (which I gladly took as I bought the “safe and effective” lie), I experienced “brain fog”. It was unusual and I sought an opinion from a neurologist in March. I had zero thought of the vaccine being the problem. Results of a CT-scan came back with a diagnosis of “micro-angiopathy” or a lesion on my right basal ganglia. I was told there was no treatment, I was lucky I didn’t have a stroke, and we needed to keep watch every 6 months (as I might develop a brain tumor or multiple sclerosis). During that summer I then started experiencing horrific tinnitus in both ears. At this point I started considering there was a problem with the vaccine. Especially as the problems I witnessed AT THE CLINIC started to mount. The menstrual disruptions described by the young college nurses I supported were openly discussed. I approached Dr Andy Miller the Medical Officer for the County about what I was hearing. You see, my daughter was a young woman working at the mass vaccination clinics in Alameda County and she wanted to be a Mom one day. “NO JULIE, SHOTS ARE SAFE” retorted Dr Miller (clearly disgusted I had even asked the question). The day a Chico State track athlete sat in the chair to get his shot, and fell immediately into a seizure on the floor, was an event I will never soon forget. He was an amazing young healthy man. As the nurse pushed the poison into his arm, his immune system literally jumped and he fell straight into her, seizing on the floor. I ran to get Dr Miller. He was down for 20 minutes but ultimately walked out (or so I assumed as I was back to helping other patients take the shot and didn’t see what happened). Although I know there were NO AMBULANCES rolling up. I still wonder if they filed a VAERS Report. But back then, we were not giving information about VAERS to people. Just these little “V-Safe” fliers that described an app to schedule the next shot and call someone with questions. I left every clinic shift with a sense of pride in helping save my community. At one point I looked across this large warehouse at the fairgrounds and saw ALL of Chico – young/old, multiple generations of families, rich businessmen, young crazy college students with blue hair, and of course the homeless. WOW, we are doing such amazing work to help save Butte County. All of this came to a crashing halt in January, 2022. I discovered proof of my vaccine injury. An article in the Swiss Policy Research Foundation described similar injuries as mine for a 26-yr old and her vaccine problem caused MS. Her brain scan looked identical to mine. An article by Dr. Robert Malone introduced me to howbadismybatch.com. The day I entered Moderna 042L20A and 023M20A and found them at the top of the list was quite a shock. And the day I entered them into medalerts.org and literally read the death reports for all 40+ who died literally brought me to tears. I didn’t know what to do. AND I LOVED ENLOE. I didn’t want to quit or go stomping mad into Mike Wiltermood’s office (CEO) demanding answers. I was so confused. So the day they walked into the Gift Shop with a notice that the booster was mandated in order for me to keep my job, was a blow. I had two choices. Take the booster and risk further physical harm, even death, but keep the career I loved surrounded by all my friends. Or, walk away from it all and take a hit to my mental health, but preserve my physical well-being (as it was). I walked. Never looked back. I tried to explain and showed them my proof but they didn’t want to see it. I sent an email to the CEO and all those I worked for at the clinics begging them to notify everyone who got my same batches (no discussion of a bioweapon only suggestion that these two were spoiled). I got zero response. No acknowledgement. No offer to help me with my injuries. This from a hospital who gets high awards for patient-centered care. Hypocrits. All my friends turned their backs on me. Accused me of bringing COVID into the hospital. My Mom didn’t understand why I was no longer going to work as I had been describing this amazing journey and happiness during the COVID clinics where I felt I was saving humanity. That same month my left retina would detach requiring emergency repair surgery. Followed by a cataract procedure. Followed by the right eye retina detachment. Followed by a failed emergency repair procedure. Followed by a buckle being placed around my right retina. Followed by a cataract place in the right eye. FIVE EMERGENCY EYE SURGERIES. The worst day of my life was August 15, 2022. I woke up to a phone call that my beautiful, healthy mother, had died that morning while on vacation in Buffalo, Wyoming. Died suddenly. Like the movie. No pre-existing conditions. No prior underlying problems. No sign of any vaccine issues. She took no medications. She had only been hospitalized for a surgical procedure on a bone problem years before COVID. She walked daily. Perfect weight. The most generous human on the planet. The coroner called it “Sudden Adult Death Syndrome” or SADS. Like SIDS where babies die unexpectedly (which we now know to also be vaccine- induced). The Wyoming State Pathologist called it “Sudden Cardiac Event” which is now listed on her death certificate. I CALL IT VACCINE MURDER. HER ONLY MEDICAL RECORD WAS HER VACCINE CARD WHICH I HAD. FOUR SHOTS OF MODERNA. KILLED HER. My life’s purpose is now clear. Fighting for medical freedom. Supporting the medical freedom doctors with VAERS Research (as both me and Mom have VAERS Reports and I now know VAERS better than VAERS knows VAERS). I will get Butte County Public Health held to account for what they have done here (I have all the batch numbers of the products injected into my county from a FOIA). I am at every Board of Supervisor meeting trying to plead with them to stop the shots. I attend Chico City Council and School Board meetings offering detox strategies. I ran for County Supervisor on March 5th to try and get into a position to actually force BCPH to pull the shots. I signed Americans for Health Freedom pledge. I am a member of the Medical Doctors for COVID Ethics International team and attend as many of the biweekly meetings as I can for information. I have attended the Former Feds Freedom Coalition survivor meetings and recently gave my vaccine injury case interview to the COVID Humanity Betrayal Memory Project. I know people in Chico who had loved ones murdered at Enloe by Remdesivir. I joined Daily Clout as a member of the Warroom Posse. I have worked with Stanford Graham an attorney for Dr. David E Martin with VAERS Victims to help convince sheriffs of this crime and find victims to support his criminal case against Fauci/Baric. I wrote my Mom’s vaccine-fatality story for the React19 Bereaved site only to have my niece, the trustee for Mom, order them to remove it. You see, my family does NOT share my view that mom was killed by the vaccine. They literally have called me crazy. ANOTHER REALITY OF DANETTE'S POLICIES - FAMILIES DESTROYED. What has this COVID nightmare done to people? It tore mine apart. My son is despondent for losing the best friend he had – his Grandma Jane. My daughter is a medical assistant for Sutter Health forced to take three shots of Moderna and obviously can’t speak to me about my new purpose in life. I do work with Albert Benavidez (aka Welcome the Eagle) who founded VAERSAware.com and is a Chico State grad from Silicon Valley (small world). He helped me with Mom’s VAERS Reports and we recorded the entire process that is available as a tutorial on his bitchute channel. I have been interviewed by Reinette Senum, former mayor of Nevada City who ran for Governor on an anti-vaccine platform. I was recently interviewed by Children’s Health Defense and have TWELVE interviews under my belt. JUST NONE LOCAL TO BUTTE COUNTY AS OUR MEDIA ARE COWARDS. My greatest achievement thus far was being quoted by the great Dr Peter McCullough in one of his substack articles as I provided him with the VAERS info on those injured by 7+ doses of the COVID vaccine. I record a podcast on my Rumble channel “Prayinghawk144” where I review the actual victims statements published by VAERS. I know these are the key to some legal action. I post all of my public comment appearances on that channel as well as Telegram. I have started calling into the California Board of Pharmacy imploring them to set up a committee to investigate the reported problems for vaccines administered by a California pharmacy that I am able to pull from VAERS. Four meetings thus far and no response. So, I am a lone wolf. A lone warrior active everyday on social media and using any means to fight for the future of this country. I have gone from a pro-vaxxer having believed in them all, given them to me and my children, as well as my dogs, to a ZERO-VAXXER. NO MORE. NOT EVEN FOR MY DOGS. I have been canceled everywhere in Chico. Two Republican women’s clubs terminated my membership last summer for fighting against Enloe and fighting the vaccine. Most in this town are associated with Enloe – it has been here since 1913. Most were born or have had family die here. They are building a brand new Cancer Center and were given a $3M donation from hometown hero Aaron Rodgers. No one asks WHY ARE WE #3 IN CANCER IN THE FIRST PLACE? They are ranked in top 250 best hospitals and have been recognized as a Planetree Gold hospital. So you see, fighting them in public is NOT a fun proposition. I WANT JUSTICE FOR ME AND OTHERS IN BUTTE COUNTY INJURED AND KILLED BY THE COVID19 VACCINE. THIS LIES SQUARELY ON BUTTE COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH. DANETTE YORK WAS PUBLIC HEALTH DIRECTOR. DR DAVID CANTON AS MEDICAL OFFICER. ENLOE HEALTH AND DR ANDY MILLER WHO LED THE COVID19 VACCINATION CLINICS WHERE I WORKED AND WAS MANDATED TO GET THE SHOT (AND WHERE I WAS FORCED TO RESIGN). One key piece of evidence we obtained through PRR is their record of inventory of the experimental COVID19 vaccines they ordered, stored and deployed into Butte County. It is full of administrative errors with Pfizer shots labeled as Moderna. It has information about one RECALLED Moderna batch that WAS ADMINISTERED INTO BUTTE COUNTY ARMS BUT THOSE PEOPLE WERE NEVER NOTIFIED. And every single batch has a record of a death as listed in the official CDC website VAERS. THIS INFORMATION WAS REQUESTED TO BE PUT ON THE BUTTE COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH WEBSITE. Tod Kimmelshue and Doug Teeter told me personally they would do this. THEY HAVE NOT. THIS IS FRAUD. The term “safe and effective” is STILL displayed on the BCPH website. THIS IS FRAUD. With this all being said, above all, my goal in life, is to get JUSTICE FOR JANE. Santa Clara County Public Death Director Sara Cody and Governor Gavin Newsom must pay for the early death of my mother, in addition to the Palo Alto Medical Foundation who administered the four shots and never gave her informed consent. I also hold every professional sports team that my mom loved responsible – SF 49ers who opened up their Santa Clara facility to give shots, the Golden State Warriors, SF Giants & SJ Sharks who pushed shots on their players. I promise you Mom, I will not leave this planet until someone is behind bars.
