This is a prime example of the Butte County Board of Supervisors behavior to the public. Pay special
attention to Ms Debra Lucero’s conduct. We tried to warn Plumas County Board of Supervisors
about her. Now she is making a name for herself in Plumas County from reading their newspapers.
We have hundreds of videos that go back to Butte County Public Health days when the Oroville
businesses were being hounded by a fake pandemic and PCR scam. Penny read the constitution and
asked each person, including Mr. Lambert, if they understood what they were doing? All replied,
“Yes.” Where is the isolation and purification of SARS-CoV-2? None exists. You purchased a PCR
machine that does NOT diagnose. What are you doing? Board of Supervisors have no right to waste
Butte County’s money.
Many knew from the beginning you were scamming the county. Where is the 90 million dollars
received from the CARES Act and American Rescue Plan? When will my F.O.I.A. Act request be
honored? You believe you don’t need to answer to the public.
Fluoride is just one of the many items passed by Butte County Board of Supervisors with horrific
health effects. Fluoride is a known neurotoxin and reduces cognitive development in children.
Peru is removing all of their 5G towers. I sent you a wealth of information explaining their hazards.
Butte County Board of Supervisors probably haven’t even bothered to look at those studies.
However, you were eager to put a 5G tower by a man’s head who attended Butte County Board of
Supervisors’ meeting.
We also need to get rid is smart meters. I have personally become sick from the smart meter placed
on my home.
Propaganda and gaslighting doesn’t work anymore. People are waking up to the corruption and will
take peaceful action.
We have TREASON occurring in our country and others. Millions are dead and injured by design.
Turbo cancers are happening. We have verifiable evidence, and with this knowledge we have a duty
to protect one another.
You need to have the courage to act. MasterPiece is one option that is helping people injured by
COVID-19 bioweapons. Again the above is on the public record and all who do not act will be
condoning genocide. Enough is enough! We do not want civil war.

I protested another CDPH grant that you allowed Danette York to bring into Butte
County. The $1.1M Oral Health program. Back on 5/22/22 you let the taxpayers
waste their hard working dollars.
And the goal of this program? Get one more water supply flouridated AND WORSE
put out a campaign to CONVINCE Butte County citizens that drinking flouridated
water is a good thing.
SUPERVISOR RITTER PRACTICALLY LAUGHED IN MY FACE. How could I possibly
believe flouride is not safe??
TRUTH ALWAYS COMES OUT. There is ample evidence that flouride is NOT safe. And
Oroville City Council recently made right decision to remove flouride so they must
have researched this extensively.
You need to admit that all of Danette York's policies around "health" have failed and
are falling apart.
Here's a reminder of my public comment about the Oral Health program and a
Twitter X post by Robert F Kennedy Jr. that says effective Jan 20th Trump will order
all flouride removed from public water.
I am a lead in the Butte County for Kennedy Campaign after the Butte County GOP
kicked me out for being anti-vax. I will never understand you Republican leaders
allowing Jacqueline Lincoln and Sherry Gillis and Colleen Waugh to bully good
patriots out of the party.
But I digress..
