Hi Julie,
I have EVERY email I ever sent these Public Serpents (Peggy Hall word). I have many of my
eComments printed off and placed in a huge 5” binder. You may have ALL of this stomach turning
evidence. It deeply saddens me what our “public officials” have done to their own communities.
Dr. Mihalcea had so much information she had to put her collection of research into a two-volume
collection. You’ll probably need 3 or more volumes. In January it will be five years of terror from
these five Stupidvisors (Peggy Hall word).
Your mom, my dad, and Cynthia’s dad are dancing together in heaven. God rest their souls. They
know we won’t rest until accountability comes to these five (and more).

But they will be exposed in court of public opinion and in history books for their
