Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) updated plan and schedule
to address the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) Comments (C-1 and C-2).
C-1 provides a plan and schedule to address C-2 regarding the updated structural stability
analyses for Bucks Diversion Dam, which is part of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric
Project, FERC No. 619. PG&E provided the updated structural analyses report to FERC in a
letter dated December 1, 2021. PG&E received FERC’s initial comments in a letter dated
June 12, 2023, and responded to the comments in a letter to FERC dated February 29, 2024.
PG&E received FERC’s subsequent comments (Comments 1 and 2) in a letter dated October
11, 2024.
PG&E’s plan and schedule for Comment 2 is enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1).
