Per the revised SOW, the proposed undertaking’s: 15’ wide access easement will be re-routed northeast, then southeast connecting to La Porte Road and is now approximately 20’ wide by 1,550’ long. No further project revisions are proposed at this time. Due to the nature of the above mentioned project revisions, Additional survey was completed to determine if our former determination of effect (DOE) is still appropriate. It was determined that the DOE has not been revised from “No Historic Properties” within the Area of Potential Effect (APE) . Therefore, we are only providing the additional documentation for your records and do not anticipate a response from your office. Please see the attached relevant documentation for your reference.
