CAO Executive Institute 2025/26 Cohort -
Residency Milestone
Last week marked an important milestone for the 2025/26 cohort of the CSAC Institute’s CAO
Executive Institute, as participants convened for their final residency. This experience represents
a key step in a 5-month long journey focused on strengthening executive leadership across
California’s counties. Cohort members continue to deepen their ability to lead through
complexity, navigate competing priorities, and deliver results in service to their communities.
We congratulate this year’s cohort for their continued commitment to growth and public service,
and we thank the many county leaders and partners who contribute to the success of this
program.
We look forward to what lies ahead for this group of leaders.
Congratulations to NACo’s January 2026 graduates!
