Blackett: This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) response to address the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) comment (C-1) on the 12th Part 12D safety inspection report (comprehensive assessment) (dated October 31, 2025) for Grizzly Forebay Dam, which is part of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619. PG&E received C-1 in a letter dated March 13, 2026. A summary and conclusion of PG&E’s efforts to address C-1 is enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1), along with the requested hydrologic hazard study in (Enclosure 20. PG&E believes C-1 has been satisfactorily addressed based on the information enclosed with this letter and no further action is necessary.
