Blackett: This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) combined dam safety surveillance and monitoring plans and reports (DSSMP/Rs) (Enclosure 1) for the 20 25 record year for the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 619. The reports provided with this submittal cover surveillance and monitoring activities at the following dams: • Bucks Diversion Dam, NATDAM No. CA00331 • Bucks Storage Dam, NATDAM No. CA00332 • Grizzly Forebay Dam, NATDAM No. CA00333 In accordance with Chapter 14, Appendix K, of FERC’s Engineering Guidelines for the Evaluation of Hydropower Projects, the DSSMP/Rs include statements from PG&E’s Chief Dam Safety Engineer regarding the safety of the dams listed above for continued operation. A table listing regulatory follow-up actions that PG&E considers resolved with submittal of these DSSMP/Rs is included in (Enclosure 2). In a letter to FERC dated March 26, 2026, PG&E requested an extension of time to April 30, 2026 to submit the enclosed DSSMP/Rs. To maintain PG&E’s schedule for coordinating and compiling the DSSMP/Rs and allow FERC’s comments to be incorporated in future reports, PG&E must receive timely feedback. To facilitate completion of PG&E’s DSSMP/Rs for the 2025 record year, PG&E respectfully requests that FERC return all comments on the 2025 DSSMP/Rs by September 30, 2026. Frank L. Blackett, P.E.
