Re:Extension of Time Request to Address Recommendation 17 from the 10th P12D
Safety Inspection Report for Philbrook Dam
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated October 23, 2025 from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a request for an extension of time to address recommendation 17 from the 10th
P12D Safety Inspection Report for Philbrook Dam, which is part of the DeSabla-
Centerville Project, FERC No.803. We have reviewed your proposed extension of time
and grant your request to submit the updated Supporting Technical Information
Document (STID)by June 15, 2027.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
