Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) request for an extension
of time to address comments regarding the updated structural stability analyses for Bucks
Diversion Dam, which is part of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 619. Included with PG&E’s extension of time
request is a reasoned basis for the request, per Title 18 of the Code of Federal
Regulations, Section 12.40(d). A table summarizing the relevant correspondence between
PG&E and FERC is provided below to aid FERC’s review.
