This is in response to a letter dated December 30, 2025 from Mr.David Ritzman
that submitted the Owner’s Dam Safety Program (ODSP) –2025 Annual Review for the
projects listed in Enclosure 1. We have reviewed the submittal, and we have no
comments.We have provided contact information for our engineers assigned to your
individual projects in Enclosure 1 for your reference.
