Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents the Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) response to address the
Federal Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) comments (C-1 and C-2) in the letter dated March
17, 2026, regarding the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) reprint signatures and inundation maps
Geographic Information System (GIS) files for the PG&E DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric
Project, FERC No. 803.
In response to C-1, PG&E will include in the EAP reprint the collection of electronic signatures
of all parties involved in the plan implementation to confirm their awareness of the plan and
understanding of the roles and responsibilities within the plan.
In response to C-2, (Enclosures 1 through 3) of this letter provide the inundation maps GIS
files for the PG&E DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 803.
