Subject: Due Process violation and murder of a horse.
Good Morning, ⁸
I am again emailing to find out when we will be given a court date in regards to our Due
Process being violated? We were never given or mailed a notice before our 4 horses were
unlawfully seized and our 4th horse was taken and murdered. They only had a
misrepresented court order for 3 horses.
If someone could please email me back with an appointment, I have been waiting for the
investigation team since last week. I would greatly appreciate it. Butte Co took 37 days
to communicate with us which is another violation in their process.
