Re:Stability Analysis of Lower Bucks Lake Dam
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated April 20, 2026 from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a request for an extension of time to address our comments on the previous
structural analysis and provided an updated structural analysis for Lower Bucks Lake
Dam, which is part of the Bucks Creek Project, FERC No. 619. We have reviewed your
proposed extension of time and grant your request to address our comments and submit
the updated structural analysis by June 30, 2026.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
