Re:2025 Dam Safety Inspection Follow-up
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated April 2, 2026 from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a response with a plan and schedule to address our comment on the follow-up
action item No. 3 from the 2025 annual dam safety inspection of Philbrook Main Dam,
which is part of the DeSabla-Centerville Project, FERC No. 803. Your response with a
plan and schedule to address our follow-up action item 3 by December 15, 2026 is
acceptable.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
