BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. — In a commitment to provide taxpayers with flexible and affordable property tax payment options,Butte County has partnered with Easy Smart Pay (ESP) to allow taxpayers to split their bi-annual property tax bill intomanageable monthly payments, enhancing convenience and accessibility.By enrolling in Easy Smart Pay, taxpayers can conveniently manage their property tax obligations with automated monthlyinstallments. The sign-up process is quick and straightforward, allowing taxpayers to start benefiting immediately. Users caneasily track their payment history on the ESP platform."We're pleased to offer this option to our residents,” says Butte County Treasurer-Tax Collector Troy Kidd. “It gives taxpayers anopportunity to ease the burden of large bi-annual payments."To take advantage of this new payment option, taxpayers can visit www.buttecounty.net/949/Property-Taxes.Disclaimer: Easy Smart Pay is a privately owned and operated company that works closely with the County Treasurer-TaxCollector’s office to provide payment options for taxpayers who do not have an impound or escrow account.
