FERC issued a new license for the Bucks Creek Project on June 16, 2022. State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) 401 Water Quality Certification (WQC) Condition 22 and U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service (“Forest Service”) section 4(e) Condition No. 3 requires PG&E to host an ECG meeting annually. Forest Service section 4(e) Condition No. 3 requires PG&E to prepare a letter summary that includes the date and location of the meeting, attendees, subjects discussed, and the Licensees' action items agreed to by the Licensees at the meeting. The Annual ECG meeting was held virtually on March 25, 2026. PG&E provided the meeting summary to the ECG on March 30, 2026, and allowed a 30‑day review and comment period. No comments were received. The meeting summary for the 2025/2026 ECG is provided in (Enclosure 1). Documentation of ECG review is included as (Enclosure 2). Kira Hefty is covering fisheries inquiries and shared her contact info in the Teams chat. • USFS requested more details on the construction schedule for the Gravel Augmentation. PG&E shared the project is targeted for fall 2026 (permits pending from SWRCB and Corps); PG&E expects permit by late August and will provide a heads-up and construction schedule to USFS. ACTION • ECG asked about new AIS or mussel risk, PG&E shared no new AIS detected in Bucks Creek since the earlier inventory. Golden mussel not detected in project area; low-calcium waters unlikely to support quagga/zebra or golden mussels. Team is updating the invasive mussel prevention program in coordination with the CDFW and has posted “Don’t Move a Mussel” outreach. License Required Monitoring 2026 • Presented list of studies to be conducted in 2026 • PG&E proposed an administrative update to the ARMP schedule table for clarity and consistency with implementation. The monitoring scope remains unchanged, but PG&E will be sharing the updated schedule for agency approval. ACTION License Required Agency Consultation 2026 – Jamie, Larry Discussed license-required agency consultation anticipated in the current calendar year, and the Licensees’ proposal to complete the consultation. Special-Status Species Review - Larry Reviewed the current lists of special-status species that occur or have the potential to occur on Project-affected lands and may be affected by Project operations, maintenance, and recreational activities. • USFS asked about special data for special status species observed and PG&E shared that that info is provided to CNDDB. • CSPA requested clarification on the B120/Water Year Determination, PG&E provided a summary of the requirements and how it impacts operations. • USFS requested PG&E input on the low snowpack, PG&E shared the snow pack is indeed low and that the future B120 will dictate releases and inform our reservoir operations.
