required under this condition
No deviations in 2025, no comments
License Required FERC Filings – Jamie
Discussed FERC filings in the previous calendar year (e.g., monitoring reports required
by implementation plans)
Reviewed 2025 FERC filings, no comments
License Required Monitoring 2025 – Larry and team
Discussed planned license-required monitoring in the current calendar year;
Biological Monitoring Schedule
• SMEs presented results of 2025 monitoring, with no unusual findings
• SWRCB asked about access to 2nd stream fish site on Grizzly Creek via Wildcat
Trail, the USFS said they will check in on the status of the trail but that did not
believe it was restored.
• USFS shared that the Plumas National Forest does not currently have a fisheries
biologist on staff. Kira Hefty is covering fisheries inquiries and shared her contact
info in the Teams chat.
• USFS requested more details on the construction schedule for the Gravel
Augmentation. PG&E shared the project is targeted for fall 2026 (permits pending
from SWRCB and Corps); PG&E expects permit by late August and will provide a
heads-up and construction schedule to USFS. ACTION
• ECG asked about new AIS or mussel risk, PG&E shared no new AIS detected in
Bucks Creek since the earlier inventory. Golden mussel not detected in project
area; low-calcium waters unlikely to support quagga/zebra or golden mussels.
Team is updating the invasive mussel prevention program in coordination with
the CDFW and has posted “Don’t Move a Mussel” outreach.
License Required Monitoring 2026
• Presented list of studies to be conducted in 2026
• PG&E proposed an administrative update to the ARMP schedule table for clarity
and consistency with implementation. The monitoring scope remains
unchanged, but PG&E will be sharing the updated schedule for agency approval.

Special-Status Species Review - Larry
Reviewed the current lists of special-status species that occur or have the potential to
occur on Project-affected lands and may be affected by Project operations,
maintenance, and recreational activities.
• USFS asked about special data for special status species observed and PG&E
shared that that info is provided to CNDDB.
• CSPA requested clarification on the B120/Water Year Determination, PG&E
provided a summary of the requirements and how it impacts operations.
• USFS requested PG&E input on the low snowpack, PG&E shared the snow pack
is indeed low and that the future B120 will dictate releases and inform our
reservoir operations.
Wrapping up - Jamie
Action Items:
1. USFS requested more details on the construction schedule for the Gravel
Augmentation. PG&E shared that work is targeted for fall 2026 (permits pending
from state board and Corps); PG&E expects permit by late August and will
provide a heads-up and construction schedule to USFS.
2. Schedule update for ARMP shared by Larry will be shared after the ECG meeting
seeking agency concurrence.
