Blackett: This letter presents a response to comments regarding Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) Bucks Storage Dam Low Level Outlet Modification Project , which is part of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 619 . By letter dated April 15, 2026, FERC authorized PG&E to proceed with procurement of the valve and requested a response to Comment No. 1, which stated: We understand the project has been delayed until 2027. Provide a firm completion date (day, month, year) of the proposed construction project. In response to Comment No. 1, PG&E provides the following updated construction schedule: construction is planned to begin on June 1, 2027, and conclude by September 30, 2027. PG&E intends to notify FERC in the event that any difficulties are encountered in procuring the fixed cone valve that would result in changes to any aspects of the design, per Comment No 2.
