User comment: If you are interested in promoting Oroville as a beautiful scenic bucolic
environment please don’t encourage more polluting industries ie the proposed biomass
factories. Butte county is already number 1 in the state for pancreatic cancer and number 7 for
lung cancer. One of the proposed sites has been shut down for dioxin poisoning since 2015.
Do the research.
