Dear Mr. Thao,
This afternoon you and your son came into the Planning Division to ask about a Second Dwelling on your property.
After further research, I have discovered that your property lies within the Airport
Compatibility Zone Area āCā.
Unless you have a specific density (1 dwelling unit per .25 acre lot OR at least a 10 acre
parcel) you cannot have a Second Dwelling. Your parcel is 2.5 acres and does not meet
the density requirements, therefore you cannot have a Second Dwelling.
