feet, more or less, to a point on the centerline of Jordan Dill Road as the same existed
April 19, 1966 and the true point of beginning for the herein described road centerline;
thence from said point of beginning North 03° 18' East 94.70 feet; thence South 71° 56'
East 250.82 feet; thence North 69° 49' East 145.09 feet; thence North 49° 35' East
147.10'feet; thence North 0° 54' West 144.27 feet; thence North 9° 45' West 223.72
feet; thence North 6° 55' East 198.43 feet; thence North 75° 27' East 112.23 feet; thence
South 53° 15' East 300.00 feet; thence South 46° 15' East 300.00 feet; thence South 82°
40' East 103.06 feet more or less to the center of the Northeast quarter of Section 20 and
a radius point of a turning circle having a radius of 50 feet; said turning circle to be
a part of right of way and the terminus of said right of way.
