Dear Ms. Young,
This letter is to notice you of an address change to your property. Recently the Public
Works Department noticed a discrepancy in the assigned address (44 Lost Creek Dam
Road) for your property off of Mooreville Ridge Road, Assessor Parcel Number 073-090-
008.
It appears that when the address was assigned your property was mistakenly given the
“Lost Creek Dam” road designation. According to County Records, your property is in fact
located off “Mooreville Ridge Road.” Your new address will be “44 Mooreville Ridge Road.”
This is, in part, to ensure Butte County emergency services can properly locate your
property.
