The Butte Local Agency Formation Commission has received an application submitted
by the City for the following project:
16-07 – City of Chico – Lassen Avenue Annexation No. 10 Annexation of four parcels totaling approximately 7.46 acres, for the
purpose of providing municipal services to the subject territory, including
City of Chico sanitary sewer services to the established mobile home park.
Located in the unincorporated area generally bounded by City of Chico corporate limits to the south and east; north of East Lassen Avenue; east
of Morseman Avenue; south of Mort Lane; and west of Burnap Avenue.
Identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 007-150-098; 007-150-099; 007-
320-001 & 007-320-002.
Information regarding this project is on file and available for public viewing at the office
of the Local Agency Formation Commission, 1453 Downer Street, Suite C, Oroville,
California, or can be obtained by calling Steve Betts, Deputy Executive Officer at (530)
538-7784, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
