Butte County Department of Development Services, Division of Planning, has agreed to conditionally clear
this use permit for submission to and concurrent review by Butte County Department of Development
Services, Building Division, while one or more of the following processes are taking place:

ABC Licensing Approval
ABC license must be obtained to successfully meet the Administrative Permit requirements for a small
winery, micro-brewery or micro-distillery facilities. However, ABC permitting requirements stipulate that
the use permit be issued first, thus while the administrative permit will be conditionally approved, the
buildings/structures will not be finaled until the standards of the small winery, small brewery, or micro-
distillery facilities have been met as outlined in Butte County Zoning Ordinance Section 24-175, or if
Building Division Permits are not required, then prior to commencement of use applicant will prove that
the standards of the Administrative Permit have been met.

Regional Water Quality Control Board Clearance
Production waste water disposal requirements as administered by the Environmental Health Division,
must be met prior to commencement of the use authorized under the Administrative Permit.

Building Permits/Tenant Improvements
Any required building permits related to the proposed use (and associated tenant improvements) can be
approved, but will not be finaled until conditions of administrative permit are complete.
