Permit No. ADM15-0034. Please sign both copies and return both copies to this division within 90
calendar days from the receipt of this letter.
Please be aware that failure to return the signed copies within 90 days will result in the Administrative
Permit becoming invalid. Re-application to this Department would then be necessary to proceed with the project.
The Administrative Permit is deemed granted when this permit has been signed by the applicant, with the counter signature of Butte County Development Services Department.
