Dear Neveses:
At the Zoning Administrator, hearing held Wednesday, February 15, 2017; your request for a Residential Buffer
determination for Building Permit B16-2788 was approved with the setbacks as shown on your site plan. Should
you desire to appeal the decision by the Zoning Administrator, you must do so in writing, prior to 4:00 p.m.,
Monday, February 27th, 2017 to the:

Planning Division

Oroville, California, 95965
The appeal fee of $400.00 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal within the 10 calendar-day appeal
period, the action of the Zoning Administrator is final.
Enclosed is a copy of the Minor Use Permit with the Zoning Administrator’s Determination.
