Dear Mr. Johnston: At the Zoning Administrator meeting held March 16, 2016, your request for a Minor Use Permit for the
expansion of your existing legal non-conforming structure was approved. Should you desire to appeal the decision by the Zoning Administrator, you must do so in writing, prior to 4:00 p.m., Monday, March 28, 2016

The appeal fee of $400.00 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal within the 10 calendar-day appeal
period, the action of the Zoning Administrator is final.
Enclosed is a copy of the Minor Use Permit with the Zoning Administrator’s Determination.
