Dear SCHNERINGERS: At the Planning Commission hearing held Thursday, December 8, 2016, your request for a Minor Use Permit
for an increase of solar height to a maximum of 14’ was approved. Should you desire to appeal the decision by the Planning Commission, you must do so in writing, prior to 4:00 p.m., Monday, December 19, 2016 to the:

The appeal fee of $450.00 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal within the 10 calendar-day appeal
period, the action of the Planning Commission is final.
Enclosed is a copy of the Minor Use Permit with the Zoning Administrator’s Determination.
