Dear Applicant:
At the Zoning Administrator meeting held March 9, 2016, your request for a Legal Lot Determination for
your parcels created by a Grant Deed (Book 1654, Page 309) was approved as a Conditional Certificate
of Compliance. Should you desire to appeal any of the decision by the Zoning Administrator, you must
do so in writing, prior to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 23rd, 2016 to the: Department of Development Services
Planning Division
7 County Center Drive
Oroville, California, 95965
The appeal fee of $400.00 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal within the 15 calendar-day
appeal period, the action of the Zoning Administrator is final.
Please take this document together with Exhibit A to the Public Works Department, Land Development Division to complete your Certificate of Compliance. Public Works is located at 7 County Center Dr., Oroville, CA 95965 and can be reached at: 530.538.7266.

Legal Lot Determination/Certificate of Compliance on APN 072-310-014, -015 (DET15-0008):
I. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1. Payment of the recording fee in effect at the time the Certificate of Compliance is recorded. The current fee is
$16.00 for the first sheet plus $3.00 for each additional sheet. The costs associated with recording is based on
a 1 page notification (first sheet) and 1 page of legal descriptions attached as “Exhibit A” per recorded parcel.
2. Record the following informational note on each Certificate of Compliance: “Individuals interested in
purchasing and/or developing parcels included in this map are advised that reports and other documents that may include conditions of map approval, and a list of current County Requirements for building sites are on file and available for review in the Butte County Department of Development Services and Butte County Public
Health Department Environmental Health Division files. These documents may include specific information regarding wastewater system and domestic water supply requirements and availability.”
