Should you desire to appeal any of the decision by the Zoning Administrator, you must do so in writing, prior to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 26, 2016 to the: Department of Development Services Planning Division 7 County Center Drive Oroville, California, 95965 The appeal fee of $400.00 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal within the 15 calendar-day appeal period, the action of the Zoning Administrator is final. Please take this document together with Exhibit A below to the Public Works Department to complete your Certificate of Compliance. Pay the recording fee in effect at the time the Certificate of Compliance is recorded. The current fee is $16.00 for the first sheet plus $3.00 for each additional sheet. The estimated current cost for recording this Certificate is $19.00 without conditions, $22.00 with conditions. This cost estimate is based on 1 page notification (first sheet) and 1 page(s) of legal description attached as Exhibit “A”, and 1 page(s) of conditions attached as Exhibit “B”. 2. Record the following informational note on each Certificate of Compliance: “Prior to development for a project that will generate wastewater, verify that the parcel, meets Minimum Useable Wastewater Area standards in accordance with Chapter 19 of the Butte County Code. A Site Evaluation must be performed to make this determination.”
