Dear Applicant:
At the Zoning Administrator meeting held March 1, 2017, your request for a Legal Lot Determination for lot (APN 062-270-011) created by deed: Book 1602 Page 149 on February 10, 1970 was approved as a
Conditional Certificate of Compliance. Should you desire to appeal any of the decision by the Zoning
Administrator, you must do so in writing, prior to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 25, 2017 to the:
Department of Development Services Planning Division
7 County Center Drive
Oroville, California, 95965
The appeal fee of $400.00 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal within the 15 calendar-day appeal period, the action of the Zoning Administrator is final.
Please take this document together with Exhibit A below to the Public Works Department to complete
your Certificate of Compliance. Public Works is located at 7 County Center Dr., Oroville, CA 95965 and can be reached at: 530.538.7681.

EXHIBIT A Legal Lot Determination/Conditional Certificate of Compliance on APN 062-270-011
I. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1. Pay the recording fee in effect at the time the Certificate of Compliance is recorded. The current
fee is $16.00 for the first sheet plus $3.00 for each additional sheet. The estimated current cost for
recording this Certificate is $19.00 without conditions, $22.00 with conditions. This cost estimate is based on 1 page notification (first sheet) and 1 page(s) of legal description attached as Exhibit
“A”, and 1 page(s) of conditions attached as Exhibit “B”.
