We have completed our fee estimate for a 5 unit commercial containing
(1000) of retail and (5000) of warehouse. The total fees for this permit
is $35,242.31. Please note this permit does not include any fees
associated with septic, well, drainage, encroachment, or utility
services. There will also be school fee’s associated with this permit,
you can contact Chico unified school district for an estimate of their
fees. I have included a fee details so you can review the fees yourself.
